Arthur's eyes darken when he feels the material brush over the mark Eames had left on him and keeps his gaze focused on the forger. He loved the marks that Eames left on him and had no problem leaving a few on the other man in return.
When his fingers trail down his sternum, Arthur mentally counts so he doesn't ruin his tailors hard work on the slacks he wore. But damn, it would be far too easy - always was with Eames' hand on him.
He didn't care about anyone else coming across them or seeing them. All that mattered right now was Eames.
