Felix won't feel entirely settled until he can add his own warding on their accommodations while allowing their "handlers" in as necessary. He's not sure he'll be able to get away with not allowing them.

He looks around the villa and hums in consideration.

"Likely... how they say, seized it from one of the families of Italy," he muses, looking at Peter with an amused look.

"Sì, because it does feel that way," he agrees and walks further into the villa as their things are dropped off just inside the doorway.
