Dante and Han

One is a street racer out of Asia known for his time with L.A.'s greatest racing (and sometimes criminal) family. The other a dangerous racer out of South America with a father who bails him out of all of his problems. Both ended up on the wrong end of the law... and the criminal organizations.
Han's death shocked his friends who had become family. Little did they know it was his out to get away from the syndicate that had put a price on his head. Dante's father bailed him out of a lot, but when his father is killed and Dante presumed dead after he went into the water, it was time for a change. Both were offered a chance.
Now working together, they're assigned cases that most won't touch. International human trafficking cases where it's not just about stopping the bad guys but saving lives as well. Their reputation is infamous, the stories about them legendary, and none of them are true. Most think they're involved in some of the deepest and darkest crime in the world.
No one ever knowing that they're behind stopping those criminals and returning people to their families.

I'll take you out for the best dinner.
They are. In a social security box. Who knows what else we might find.
no subject
I assume they're anticipating a lot more than just some documents.
no subject
I'm sure there's more there than the papers.
Besides, we hit one box and they'll know where to look. Might as well rifle a few boxes.
no subject
Agreed, we might as well. Good thing I hardly ever unpack.
no subject
And if that rifling pays for my car, so be it.
With the way the government runs us ragged? Why would you?
no subject
So be it.
True enough. It is one of their favorite things it seems.
no subject
So we'll make all of it work for us.
You trust me in that, right?
Don't answer that.
no subject
[ Sorry, he can't help himself. ]
There is plenty I trust you in. Just in case you get us thrown out of the country, we should take it all in for as long as we can.
Before the heist and job.
no subject
If I didn't know better, I'd say you're asking for a sightseeing date.
no subject
If we have the time, why not?
no subject
Otherwise, I could name a few things I'd like to see on your car.
We make time. They need us, not the other way around.
[ Which is lies, for both of them. ]
We will make the time.
no subject
[ Though Han can imagine and his mouth curls up at the thought. ]
We both know that's not true but I like the way you think.
I look forward to it then.
no subject
[ There's nothing in Dante to play games about that, not in the least. ]
It's true. They could kill us but they won't, because we have skills others don't.
no subject
That’s for damn sure.

Sleek silk singlet and boxer briefs. All white.

Shopping it is.
no subject
As simple as that?
[ But it was Dante and everything was as simple as that. ]
no subject
This is the easiest problem to solve. I just have to throw money at it.

Okay, we're fixing that. Soon as we land, I'm taking you out. You deserve to be spoiled.
