Born to Mikael and Esther, Eastern European immigrants who settled in Virginia
His father was a controlling, vicious man who raised his children to be violent and aggressive, each of them possessing different strengths and weaknesses
Klaus fought to try and protect his siblings, eventually killing his father to protect himself
Was invited to join the organization shortly after finding himself alone with his siblings scattered to the four winds (*see below)

Freya: missing since childhood, Klaus is still looking for her
Finn is still with Freya and working with her in her apothecary. Klaus goes to them when he needs any sort of chemical or medical concoction
Elijah: A director of the Organization, but Klaus doesn't easily tell people that.
Klaus: Not Mikael's child
Kol: Currently in prison for spree killings
Rebekah: Runs a club in New Orleans with her partners, Marcel, called the Abattoir
Henrik: Murdered

Born in Orange County and is of Korean descent.
Got into several illegal activities throughout high school.
He and his friends accidentally killed someone
He joins a racing family out of LA while on the run in the DR.
A syndicate in Tokyo puts a price on his head and he's offered a choice - take his chances with them or join the Organization.
Ultimately decides to join the Organization.
A chameleon/shadow, can easily slip in and out of places as easy as breathing.
Enjoys fast cars.
Probably smokes on the rare occasion but usually turns to snacking instead.
Stays in control of himself, his environment and appears unfazed unless something goes up shits creek.

Second son of the third in the line for the Crown.
After his military service, he was recruited against the wishes of many into MI6.
Fabulous at information extraction, often without violence.
Brilliant in social situations in a way that often gets them things without him seeming to try
Approached to join the Ravens as part of the first cross continent team
Didn't know that he would be teamed with an American rival until he entered the program... and since then has become part of his whole life.

Street racer who takes too many chances and always has a plan
Amazing strategist
His father was murdered by Han's adopted "family", but Dante doesn't know this yet
When his father was killed, Dante died for a short time as well, drowning and being legally dead for two minutes
The organization used that to fake his death and bring him into the organization as a teammate for Han

Parents are/were white collar criminals.
Learned how to hack at a young age, primarily to keep his parents out of trouble/jail.
Entered the military to start 'anew'
Was enlisted in the Green Berets and entered 'Project Somnacin'
After a few years, after getting exhausted of killing his fellow soldiers or being killed time and time again, he stole a PASIV and left in the middle of the night.
Found himself in Paris and at some point met Eames (and maybe Mal & Cobb)
Did the Dream Share thing
Did the 'fall in love with the Forger' thing
They were both approached to join the organization and leave dream share behind
Has a tattoo of a poker chip and dice on the back of his neck

Born in France. Moved to London when he was young due to his father being less than honest with the French government.
Made it to the US at some point... maybe in his early 20s to "start over"
Was always getting into fights and making trouble.
At some point, likely realizes that he could be diagnosable as a psychopath and works at least a little on passing for 'normal'/or like a human with emotions
He decides at some point to enroll in the Police Academy
He may not have a lot of feelings or empathy in general but he makes sure children are always looked after.
Finds a kindred person in Nik
There really was no alternative to joining the Black Ravens. It was either that, retire or be thrown in prison.

Joined the Military and due to his personality, was recruited pretty quickly to the CIA
Brilliant strategist
Approached to join the Ravens as part of the first cross-continent team
Had no idea that he would be teamed up with his English rival until he entered the Ravens program
Always looking out for the underserved

Italian Mafia
His specialty was a mixture of alchemy/science to help the family
Enjoys fine Italian suits/shoes
Was first brought to the attention of the AISE (Agenzia Informazioni e Sicurezza Esterna) which brought him to the attention of the CIA and the Black Ravens
Was not about to turn down the opportunity to be celebrated for his "magic" with chemicals.
